However, please give the maintainers some time between upstream releases and bump requests in the future: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Bug_report_guide#Report_a_version_bump.3B_a_newer_upstream_release_is_available_since_a_while You might want to bump the ebuild on your machine though, test it and report successful compilation and running here or even create a pull request on github.com. As a personal suggestion you probably should ask the maintainers on IRC (or matrix) if they'd take PRs there. kind regards, Nils
