It works now, I did an emerge sync, then ran 'fix_libtool_files.sh 3.4.3' (again, already did that!), it fixed some files and then emerged Evolution again. I can't say what of the things helped to install Evolution, but that's basically all I did.
Addition: I did 'emerge sync', 'emerge -uD world', activated the mono-useflag and did 'fix_libtool_files.sh 3.4.3', which fixed some libs. Still don't know, what the reason is, why it didn't work. I guess, mono support is mandatory!?
