Description Nguyen Thai Ngoc Duy (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-30 05:39:52 UTC
In the credit part, antifa@gentoo.org was commented out, but in the part "About this document", i'm told to send mail to antifa@gentoo.org, is it right?

BTW, there is a wrong word: psuedo-system.

This document use "LiveCD" but Gentoo Handbook seems to prefer "Installation CD"
The comment in Code Listing 5.5 should be one line comment or the second line be prefixed with '#'

That's all i've found out when translating this document :)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Comment 1 Jonathan Smith (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-30 05:58:05 UTC
why is psuedo-system "wrong"? a little informal to be sure, but not inherently incorrect...

also, code listing 5.5 affects a file, and is not commands to be entered by users. therefore "#"s aren't necessary
Comment 2 Nguyen Thai Ngoc Duy (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-30 09:10:52 UTC
I think it should be pseudo, not psuedo because i haven't met psuedo before. If psuedo is correct, then i'm sorry it's a false alarm :)

Code Listing 5.5 is a grub config file. If users copy it, paste to file and save it. Then it may cause syntax errors.
Comment 3 Shyam Mani (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-30 22:56:25 UTC
It is psuedo. Needs to be corrected. Nguyen is right.
Comment 4 Shyam Mani (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-30 22:57:18 UTC
Blah I meant pseudo. psuedo is WRONG.
Comment 5 Xavier Neys (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-05-03 10:00:33 UTC
Better post to bugs.g.o than to mail anyway.
Fixed. Thanks for reporting.
