Description Eric Brown 2005-04-29 12:52:14 UTC
i updated my system, which happened to include postgresql-8.0.2 from 8.0.1-r2 and had several packages break:

1) RT (a perl app for apache) failed.. this was fixed by re-emerging DBD-pg
2) php broke, fixed by re-emerging php and mod_php

Shouldn't the update to postgresql have triggered these packages to be rebuilt because they depend on libpq.so?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

the current postgresql ebuilds don't remove old libpq packages.
this problem will not happen again.
