"Don Ceferino Haza
"Don Ceferino Hazaña" is a Super Pang clone, a small game where the goal is to destroy some bouncing balloons with a grapnel. It's simple and addictive, the kind of game I quite like :) And it was also really easy to package... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

have it put the locale files in /usr/share/locale too.
Good catch, i hadn't seen it was localized because "es" is not in my LINGUAS. I will attach an ebuild that fixes that (and also adds a warning in case sdl-mixer is built without "mikmod"). I wonder if it would not be simpler to unconditionaly disable NLS though, because there is only one language available, and it only affects a few console messages. I let you decide.

Thanks. There are 2 minor issues in the version you've commited though: - the HOMEPAGE really needs this weird "..." at the end - the locales install at the right place, but the binary will still look for them in /usr/games/share/locale (wrong -DLOCALE_DIR=... flag at compile time). I will attach a patch that fixes this two issues.

Just a quick note for you: We prefer that "bugs" are filed separately from ebuild requests. Once an ebuild has been added to portage, you shouldn't REOPEN the bug with any issues, but rather file a new one. The reason for this is that it makes it easier to track the issue.
