mips is holding up the show for mutt...  I'd like to remove older ebuilds.

also marking mutt-1.4.2.1.ebuild stable on mips would be nice so we still have a 1.4.x version available.

1.5.8-r2 stable on mips.  Installing 1.4.2.1 now and will mark stable if/when I
feel comfortable doing so.

Closing since the main focus of the bug has been addressed.  Re-open when
1.4.2.1 is ready to be tested.
