When I open chromium now, all of the google docs & sheets are on the signin screen, however only "email or phone" is shown on an otherwise blank screen.

A day before this, documents were showing blank & spreadsheets with reverse video on the index letters & numbers along the edge, the sheets were functional but missing many adornments & buttons.

Chromium had been working fine until I got an upgrade blockage between gpm & ncurses, which recommented putting "ncurses -gpm" in package use flags, which I did. I also put "-ncurses" in the global use flags, and did "emerge -DavuN world" which I think cause the problem.

I have since removed both changes, rebuilt world, and rebuild chromium, which did not fix anything.

The only other unusual thing during all this, is I installed wine-vanilla, tried to install an install shield exe, which failed, installed wine-proton, which also failed to install the exe.

I forgot to mention that firefox & konquerer are working normally.

I upgraded to www-client/chromium-114.0.5735.110
and the weird problems went away.
