right now cogito is not separated from git, so no need to have overlaped packages in the system

I think that ppcsha1 must be masked by ppc arch flag, because ppc asm optimizations not usefull for other architectures.

Thx, it's in CVS now.
The ppcsha1 use flag was already only available to ppc arch.
