suitesparse 6+ introduced a few new packages, spex description is
"a software package for SParse EXact algebra".
The inclusion of spex depends on the inclusion of the suitesparse 7.0.0 PR at
https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/31326
and will be in the form of a separate PR unless otherwise requested.
