Sorry about that, configure.ac was a pain to set up and I had it wrong. Did a new version release to fix it, so you can bump to 1.11 and it'll build fine. Ebuild doesn't need any changes, just a verbump.
Actually, I've got a new ebuild to attach. It has updated homepage, doesn't require libaacs (decrypted / unencrypted Blu-rays will work fine without it)

I confirm that bluray_info-1.11.ebuild compiles without errors: * with USE=-mpv and mpv is not installed * with USE=-mpv and mpv is installed * with USE=mpv and mpv is installed
I've got a new release I'm still working on, that will need a version bump anyway, so I'd recommend just waiting for that (program is still under active development).
