I need this perl module as a dependency of (to be added) postgrey package in bug #59691. Just a generic perl ebuild is needed.

To save you time, I can add this to dev-perl/ myself, given permission from you guys.

no offense intended but i've had some bad luck lately with modules getting added. gimme an hour or so and it should be in the tree.
