Hi,

I am not sure if depending on app-arch/zstd wouldn't be advisable. Otherwise, why do the perl packages complain about missing app-arch/zstd at all?

Please include emerge --info.

This is a harmless message from Portage itself. Such messages are normal during prefix *bootstrap* (rather than normal use).
