Emerging tar with FEATURES=test fails, as the "MV archive & long filenames" test fails.  This is because the tar-1.15.1-dont-abort-long-names.patch changes the 
behaviour of tar for overlong names.  Attached patch should be added to the 
above patch, to change the expected behaviour of the test and make it pass.
