An init script for the distcc daemon is not provided with the ebuild.

distccd.init

init file attached.  distccd is run as user daemon (cannot be run as root). 
pidfile is stored in /var/tmp since only root can write to /var/run

Thanks for the contribution, have basically the same startup script here, but
was waiting for the next release :)

went ahead and added the script to .12 :)
