I'm a bit confused. So you've modified RDEPEND (and subsequently DEPEND) in -r2. Should I wait the usual 30 days before approving the stablereq to see if this causes issues or is this a valid case for doing a stablereq early? In any case, -r1 was added to the tree just about a week ago, so it's not due for stablereq, yet.
Yes, indeed my metadata change does not push out the stabilisation date any further. Regarding the -r1, it is up to the maintainer to judge how much time should pass, depending on the size of the patch.
