A few months ago I opened bug 887235 because plasma-mobile.kde.org.eclass didn't build SRC_URI correctly to match the format used by upstream, which is removing the last part of the version in the directory containing the packages. e.g.:

https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma-mobile/22.09/kasts-22.09.2.tar.xz

Now this has changed upstream for the latest version (23.01.0) which uses the full version number in the URL:

https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma-mobile/23.01.0/kasts-23.01.0.tar.xz

So SRC_URIs generated by plasma-mobile.kde.org.eclass are again not working.

However, the KDE Plasma Mobile team announced last year that they will stop making separate releases and they will merge to KDE Gear: https://plasma-mobile.org/2022/11/30/plasma-mobile-gear-22-11/
So maybe this will put a solution to their varying URL format?

Exactly, as a result plasma-mobile is obsolete, use gear instead.
