A new ebuild is needed for this new release.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

After updating cacti, the new config.php file must be copied over top of the old config.php (if it exsists).  Old versions of the config.php contain old code that will cause cacti to not upgrade properly.

a) please submit patches to ebuild only
b) your ebuild is not working
