Description Tom Green 2005-04-26 11:22:24 UTC
Seems that the liblrdf should contain a dep on raptor, and doesn't.
Output from portage:

brain tomg # emerge liblrdf

checking for raptor >= 0.9.11... Package raptor was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `raptor.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'raptor' found

configure: error: Library requirements (raptor >= 0.9.11) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge unmerge raptor (if you have it installed)
2.emerge liblrdf
3.

Actual Results:
Liblrdf failed to emerge.

Expected Results:
liblrdf should have been installed.

Workaround: manually emerge raptor before liblrdf.

Thanks for pointing out!

The liblrdf-0.3.7.ebuild had a typo which caused it to properly set the dependencies (">=media-libs/raptor-0.9.12 >=media-libs/ladspa-sdk-1.12"); this is corrected now. The problem did not occur on the liblrdf-0.4.0 version.
