While attempting to install Evolution, dev-perl/DB_File failed with "db.h: no such file".  At that point in time, the symbolic link /usr/include/db.h did not exist.

After installing sys-libs/db-4.1.25_p1-r4 /usr/include/db.h was created and DB_File emerged successfully.

This was actually a problem with the eclass for db that was failing to generate the proper symlinks (believe me, I've seen this bug a few times lately :) ). Going to go ahead and mark this closed since its a sadly known bug in an older eclass (and your all good now)
