When you reboot or halt the system from the CLI or the GDM login-screen the silent splash does not focus. Since splashutils-1.1.9.4.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. reboot/halt
Actual Results:  
The terminal does not switch to the silent screen.

Expected Results:  
The terminal switches to the silent screen.

Somehow it got fixed again, don't know what I did. Maybe I forgot to reboot after updating (or that was the reboot after updating).
