Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

I am unable to reproduce those errors on my system.

The only differnce in FEATURES settings is
 clean_logs.

I checked many of the primary deps, all match what I saw listed in your tinderbox.

Is happing on 3.8 to but only python 3.11
