I built this basic util for getting info about AMD GPU OpenCL capabilities and it works on POWER9.

I remember trying with previous versions (maybe 4.x) and either the build failed or it crashed, so I guess AMD have improved their cross-architecture portability since then.

I don't understand the sanity check results. x11-libs/libdrm is already keyworded ppc64 stable.

Also it seems I was a little overenthusiastic. rocminfo compiles and runs, but it only detects the CPU as a compute unit and not the AMD GPU.

I need to look into what it is doing to try to detect GPUs and fix it up.
