Found out, seems like kde's implementation of pkg-config m4 check doesn't work exactly as the standard one, so that the configure script break instead of doing what is supposed to. I'm searching a solution for it.
Diego, I have tried to install the app manually with the same result. Is there some workaround to install manually?
Should be fixed now in cvs, wait a bit, resync and it should work. I've also changed it upstream so next version would behave better.

Created attachment 58578 [details] compilation log i'me attaching full merge log. pay attention it executing configure twice;/
the problem isn't x86-specific, same here on AMD64
I just tried emerging that in a clean system, the G/FreeBSD development box, and it installed fine, no problems at all. Can you check that you're using the latest revision of the knetload ebuild?
Diego, I'm sure (I'm syncing daily). At any case, I don't think the problem is ebuild-related: manual installation of the tarball has the same result.
Can you provide the config.log of the manual ./configure ? I'm trying to find out why this breaks, but I can't reproduce it at all.
Created attachment 59795 [details] manual ./configure log Attached. No I was talking about the actual config.log file after ./configure
Created attachment 59798 [details] config.log for manual ./configure Aha... config.log is attached.
Indeed, I've encountered this is as well. It installs the documentation, and nothing else.
Try with latest ebuild i just committed, it should work (I hope). Seems like auto* screwups sometimes.
Probably it's enough to remove the 'subdirs' file, which seems to be wrong.
What is common lag between commiting and ebuild file in portage tree availability?
Last ebuild works for me (the issue reporter). Thanks!
Ok for next alpha I'll use another script to package the sources, so that this can be avoided.
