I find no maintainer info for pornview on the forums. 

Obviously searching the web would not be likely to produce the required results.

I have some improvement suggestions, where can I adress them?

A lot of developers do not use forums.g.o

bugs.g.o is perfectly fine.

It doesn't look like pornview is actively maintained. If you want to have a look at it, attach your fixes here. You might be interested in Bug 81179, too

Closing, this is not a Gentoo bug.
