I can't use laptop_mode_tools because my acpi-bios doesn't give the information about the present discharging rate to the os.

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
The remaining battery time should be calculated or stopping the latopmode 
based on the value of remaining capacity..

Nothing much we can do about your laptop having a broken BIOS. You could try contacting your laptop vendor or upstream for a solution.
