Description george 2005-04-23 16:20:21 UTC
when io try to close tomboy it takes very long to close the application.
Apparently it is blocked.

This happens after the first run of the application.
I don't know if this happens again at subsequent runs as it does not run after writing the ~/.tomboy directory.

So, this report contains actually 2 (two) bugs.
- saving notes blocks (altough the notes are saved - checked in ~)
- restarting a second time is not possible

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install tomboy
2.run tomboy; exit application

Actual Results:
tomboy remains in the "Saving 'Start Here'..." state

Expected Results:
close and save the state of the application.

0.3.x now acts as a gnome panel applet by default when starting, If you're using gnome, just right click a panel and go "Add to panel". If not, you can get the old behavior by doing "--tray-icon".
Comment 6 Peter Johanson (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-05-05 11:13:59 UTC
Also, can you please try tomboy-0.3.2 which i just commited to portage? Thanks.
Comment 7 george 2005-05-05 22:01:23 UTC
