2. Click on http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/metadata.xml


Actual Results:  
404 Not found

That document was integrated into devrel's own handbook a long time ago
Link should be
link="/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&amp;chap=4"
