yes, its a minor thing, but i am wanting to use (ie: copy/paste) some of the guide in another document, and am unsure if i can do so. there are also no comments in the guide indicating a licence

oh wow. i also just noticed that it sets date incorrectly:

"<date>Dec 19, 2004</date>" should, of course, be "<date>2004-12-19</date>"
