OpenQ is a QQ-liked protocol (oicq) plugin for gaim. This protocol is mainly used in eastern asia. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

I have been using this for a while, and this ebuild have severed me well, without problems.
Tencent's QQ is widely used in China, it's the most popular IM in China (from some news, QQ has 5 million users online). However, it uses close protocol. OpenQ is the 2nd plugin which make QQ protocol works againts gaim, since there's no official ebuild for it, I used to write the ebuild myself. I don't know if OpenQ will bring some legal problem with Tencent (www.tencent.com), it would be good to see this plugin get it way into the official ebuild. FYI, there's another good QQ client - lumaQQ (http://lumaqq.linuxsir.org/main/), which's written with java/swt, it copys almost every parts of the official QQ, it's pretty good.
