Jeeves has confusing name. It is hard to distinguish as bot for newcomes. Adding a tag that identifies it as bot will be good. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. /server irc.freenode.org 2. /join gentoo 3. hello all :)

Thats fine if newcomers don't know what jeeves is. Newcomers tend to abuse it and anoy everybody else in the process. jeeves is intended to make the lives my co developers eaiser by providing quick access to common data that devs use.
