Would it be possible to add sendgrid Python library to one of the Gentoo repositories? 

sendgrid apart from itself requires 2 dependencies - python-http-client and starkbank-ecdsa, so it's 3 ebuild files in total.
I have gathered all relevant ebuilds in my Github. They were all tested on a local repository and everything seemed to work :)
