i doubt it has anything to do with libtool figure out what exactly is segfaulting, and then figure out why that package is segfaulting ... the error message posted doesnt help ... `dmesg` may have something
Delving further I have found that autoconf is b0rken, so nothing to do with libtool or the ebuild.
