When an ordinary user runs: 'pip3 install <some python script>' pip3 will tell the user to add the '--user' flag to install specifically for the user and not system-wide. 'pip3 -h' doesn't document this flag. 'man pip3' doesn't find any man page. 'man pip' doesn't find any man page. So, the '--user' flag to pip3 is not documented in our system. It probably should.
