The install phase tries to write to /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build mail-client/thunderbird-102.8.0 with python 3.10
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
sanbox denying rw access to /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages

Expected Results:  
mail-client/thunderbird-102.8.0 can be installed successfully.

Please always include teh full build.log and emerge --info.

Yeah that seems like the issue. It's calling the python from your real root.
