Find attached the error (linking error with duplicated symbols ...) and emerge --info. The same error appear with gcc-4 (beta) and gcc-3.4.3.

Try remove -feliminate-dwarf2-dups from your CFLAGS

no, you can filter it -- it's way too obscure a flag.
