Description Pupeno 2005-04-18 06:45:49 UTC
Recently I removed some software from my computer and did an emerge depclean to get the uneeded software removed. After that, I started running revdep-rebuilt and liblrdf failed to built. From the error, it seems it needs raptor, but it's not specified in the build (because if it was, raptor would has just been built).
The error was:
checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking for raptor >= 0.9.11... Package raptor was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `raptor.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'raptor' found

configure: error: Library requirements (raptor >= 0.9.11) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

After emerging raptor, it was possible to emerge liblrdf, but emerge depclean wants to remove raptor now.

This bug is a typo in liblrdf-0.3.7.ebuild:

Line 12 reads 'DEPEND ...' where it should be 'RDEPEND ...'

This is fixed in 0.4.0 ebuild.
