Steps to Reproduce:
 $ firefox
No running windows found

installing the stuff (see url)

For your information mozzila has the same problem.
But .. on the windowsXP this plugin installs smooth (IE does not).

Stale bug, reopen if this is still an issue with up-to-date FF versions.
