When using uim+anthy in opera - it prints your entry twise as: 日本語日本語 then you have to manualy remove the dubbel part. grr.... youre bugtraker is using iso8859-1 as oncoding so you can't see the japanese letters - I hope you anderstand the problem anyway.
seems to be an upstraem issue, you may try opera-8.00 or report the issue upstraem
