Description EmaRsk 2005-04-17 13:18:38 UTC
If I'm not wrong, the .treewm config file is mostly case insensitive, but this means that you cannot set up a "menu" entry that involves a path with uppercase chars, it won't work...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create in .treewm a menu entry with upercase path
2. recall that from the alt-shift-left_button menu inside treewm
Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
perform the selected task

The menu text shows the case correctly, so the .treewm file isn't actually case
insensitive per se.
"Action" entries have not this problem, too.

The task incriminated was
"xterm -e 'less /usr/share/doc/treewm*/README.gz'"

Another thing too tiny to open a bug: the words "sceme" in .treewm wouldn't
ought to be "scheme" instead?

just taking it for now so i don't forget..
afaik this is a problem upstream right? so it should probably be closed here and emailed to the author.

please confirm

please re-open if this is not an upstream problem.
