Description Lionel Sausin 2005-04-17 08:47:14 UTC
Tried to re-emerge mplayer today, but got the following error :
 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE! Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 *
 *   /usr/portage/media-video/mplayer/files/mplayer-1.0_pre4-help_mp-ro.h.patch
 *   ( mplayer-1.0_pre4-help_mp-ro.h.patch )

The changelog says mplayer-1.0_pre4-help_mp-ro.h.patch is out. I guess it shouldn't, or maybe the ebuild ought to be updated.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="" emerge mplayer

ditto
Comment 2 Lionel Sausin 2005-04-17 09:04:00 UTC
Looks like mplayer-1.0_pre4-alsa-gcc34.patch is also missing from the portage tree, and the ebuild wants it.

As a quick hack, i grabed the 2 patches from the snapshot in the 2005.0 LiveCd, ran "ebuild /usr/portage/media-video/mplayer/mplayer-1.0_pre5-r5.ebuild digest" and "emerge --resume".
