This ebuild solve this bug and put whois.conf in /etc instead of /usr/share/doc/whois-*/ (whois-4.6.13-r2.ebuild,1.12 KB, text/plain)

When I try use /etc/whois.conf, whois doesn't use information specified in it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =net-misc/whois-4.6.13-r1
2. nano -w /etc/whois.conf
.spb.ru whois.relcom.ru
3. whois acmelabs.spb.ru

Actual Results:  
Whois doesn't go to whois.relcom.ru for searching information about acmelabs.spb.ru

i dont want whois, i just fix it up because no one else is :P

added a patch to enable CONFIG_FILE in config.h to whois-4.7.2
