elogind-inhibit running in KDE console window prevents monitor screen from turning off.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In KDE system settings set screen switch off in 1 minute
2. execute "elogind-inhibit bash"
3.
Actual Results:  
Monitor screen never turns off.

Expected Results:  
Monitor screen should turn off after 1 minute.

The problem arise at about 1 year ago, older versions of powerdevil/elogind worked as expected.

I think it will work best for you if you bring it upstream to https://github.com/elogind/elogind/issues, they are better equipped to help you. package maintainers are usually not the best substitute for upstream developers when something like a 'business logic' goes wrong, like on your report, does not looks like anything Gentoo specific goes wrong here.
