Description Richard Hartmann 2005-04-16 06:00:19 UTC
Often when I am submitting a bug or adding a comment in bugzilla, I recognize after a posting, that my message contains spelling mistakes or formatting errors, which are easily overseen in the web application.

It seems to me that such a function is not available in bugzilla at
the moment. Could it be added by patch?

I dont know of any ability to do such thing. We all spell incorrectly, no one will hold it against you ;)

But if you can find a 'preview' mode for posting a bug, I can check into implementing it.

Richard,

I am going to have to side with Gervase's overall opinion in that bugzilla bug.
Typo's happen, screwups happen...that's why you are brought back to the bug
after filing. you can post corrections in another comment. The code required to
do such a thing is out of my hands and would be a bugzilla issue themselves.
