Ltsp has a ltspadmin perl script that need some perl modules to work properly.
These perl modules are supplied by libwww-perl package, but they are not being installed automatically.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge ltsp
2.ltspadmin (here the problem appears)
3.
