Oh yeah this bug report is correct. Upstream's CMakeLists.txt is written to build both shared and static https://github.com/NeoRaider/libuecc/blob/master/src/CMakeLists.txt I need to learn whether I should patch the cmakelists or just remove the static lib from the final image, and then I'll fix it up with a working static-libs USE flag.
