Description Ryan Bair 2005-04-15 10:16:42 UTC
While compiling with distcc version 2.18.3 on both machines. The machines were a pentium2 with a pentium4 helping the build out.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge shfs-0.35-r1 with distcc enabled AND another host
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Very soon in the build the following errors were read out:
cc1: error: invalid option 'tune=pentium2'
cc1: error: unrecognized option '-fno-unit-at-a-time'
distcc[1513] ERROR: compile
/var/tmp/portage/shfs-0.35-r1/work/shfs-0.35/shfs/Linux-2.6/dcache.c on
192.168.1.101 failed

Expected Results:
Successful build

Ack! Please ignore my comment. THis was meant for another bug. <blush>

Nothing going on here for two years; make sure you are *not* mixing incompatible gcc versions via distcc. If you still have issues w/ current stable gcc and distcc, reopen.
