Could you give me a compile log. It's probably a safe bet that this file does not exist at this point. The question however is why. It's probably a wicked libtool problem. It's a long shot, but as apr/apr-util's libtool is used, it could help to remerge both of them.
Remerging apr-utils and apr had no effect for me. When I examined the work directory, noticed that mod_dav_svn.so exists in the subversion/mod_dav_svn/.libs directory. Is the ebuild expecting it to be there for the make install step? Is it even the file we're looking for? Paul, would you like a complete compile log like "# emerge subversion > compile.log"? Or maybe something less cluttered?
Yes, I'd like the complete log. But also with standard error: "# emerge subversion &> compile.log". Just make sure you attach it, not copy it into the comment area ;-)
Created attachment 57934 [details] output of emerge --info
Created attachment 57938 [details] compile log of successful build
it worked now as of May 3rd 2005 16:28 GMT,
Ok, I'll close it then.
