Looks to me like the former releng project and it is dead since a while.
dabbott is fine with cleaning this up.

We should 

- disable (or delete?) the bugzilla account
- reassign/close bugs for ten@gentoo.org
- delete the mail alias
- check, if are there further accounts and clean these up. IRC, Wiki, Forum, ...
