rebuilding because of https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=9dfd34e09831476e77e9c3d9ff79eb4e2b936e12 fixed as the message disappeared at second quickpkg --include-config n rust. Question remains: what happened in the first place.
Have no idea, can’t reproduce. Those dirs should exist, it’s the location rust is actually installed, other files outside are mostly symlinks.
