Hi portage guys,

I had few cases when there was a shell loop error (mostly with sh->dash) that causes the build log to increase indefinitely until the disk space ends.

In my case I found the build log bigger ~80GB, so I'm wondering if is possible to have a make.conf variable (like PORTAGE_BUILD_LOG_MAXSIZE) where you can specify the maximum size of the build log, and if exceed then the build should die.
